Do you fix my website issues for me?

No, this service highlights any problems on your site but does not include implementing any fixes.

I’m not very technical, will this work for me?

If you set up your own website, or if you regularly use the internet for your business and are used to things like OneDrive, GDrive, then you should be able to implement my recommendations. If something is more complicated, I will include signposting for how to get it sorted out (e.g. “Ask Shopify Support to do X” or “Speak to your web developer about Y” depending on your platform and how your site was set up.)
